Krishna Priya Rayala is a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and parents navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and life transitions. She believes therapy should be a space where people feel safe to slow down, reflect, and talk openly about what they are experiencing without fear of judgment.

In her work, Krishna Priya helps clients understand the emotional patterns that may be shaping their experiences. Many people notice that different “parts” of themselves show up in different moments—one part may feel confident while another feels anxious, critical, or protective. Through a compassionate and curious approach, she helps clients understand these patterns and gradually release beliefs and emotional burdens that may no longer serve them, creating space for healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

When working with couples, Krishna Priya focuses on helping partners move beyond surface conflicts to understand the deeper emotional needs underneath. Using research-informed relationship principles, she helps couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create a more secure and supportive connection.

Growing up in an Eastern cultural background and now raising two children while navigating life between cultures has also deepened her understanding of the pressures many individuals and families face today. She enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and values creating a space where people feel respected, understood, and supported.

When she is not working with clients, Krishna Priya enjoys reading, watching thriller movies, and spending time gardening. She also loves traveling and exploring new places. She is a lifelong vegetarian and values living in ways that are mindful of the planet. Krishna Priya speaks three languages: English, Telugu, and Hindi.
